So this is my brother Steve who also happens to be deployed to Iraq right now. He is in the same region as Dave is in, and was able to visit due to a meeting he had at Dave's base this week. (Being a helicopter pilot has travel perks apparently.) This is Steve's second tour to Iraq, and he is due home this fall, after a 12 month deployment. Almost there!
We are now at the halfway point of Dave's deployment and I am so looking forward to seeing him in a few weeks!

How exciting for your family. It's fun to see Steve. He still looks the same.
What a wonderful reunion it will be. He will melt when he holds that sweet new baby.
