We have been lucky enough to get to move to a much bigger, cleaner, nicer home for the next year of our stay here. I say lucky because I feel that way now that the move is almost complete, it has been a long couple of weeks getting ready, and Dave worked super hard to move all the large items on Saturday in major heat and humidity. But it is worth it for all the plus's, even if only for a year.

Old kitchen
Notice the lovely 1970's cabinets, and the toaster oven on top of the microwave. I don't have a good picture on the carpet that is under where you can see the highchair and, beyond that, where the table is. But just imagine 4 kids worth of messes on a tan carpet, and I am sure you can picture it...(the marshmallow cereal colors helped to add a dramatic effect=)

Hooray! Although we were fond of your old place, we're excited for you to have room to spread out. The question is, what is the pantry like in this house?? I remember standing there trying to help you utilize the space and then walking away with no ideas.

Glad you are in a new place! That's great, and I'm sure it's making a huge difference. I can't believe how big the kids are getting, and while I know Spencer is turning three, I can't believe how much he looks like such a little boy and not a toddler!
Hooray for your new house! It sounds awesome and is TOTALLY worth it even if it is just for a year! I can't wait to see some pics.
