So we have visited a fair amount of CO mountain towns since moving here four years ago. But I tell you this place takes the cake. It was gorgeous, and so fun. We were only here for a few days on our way to RMNP. But it was a blast.
I took off the first evening and took a little mountain bike ride. It was awesome. I rode right from our condo to the trail. My kind of ride.
Our condo was right on the ski resort, which had all sorts of fun summer activities. In the evening there was movies on a big outdoor screen, and concerts right our our balcony. The kids pretty much wanted to live here.
We did a short hike to this waterfall, and when I wasn't paying attention Maren started to climb up to it. I took off after her and little did I know Jacob was following behind me. Lets just say it's a good thing he is a good climber, as it was a bit treacherous. I was happy when we all got down safe.

This river that went through town was the perfect river for rafting down with the kids. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again and explore more.
