November will pretty much be remembered by what there wasn't. While we had snow in October this year, the temperatures steadily climbed from there, and we had a balmy November. Jacob loves to watch Ninja Warrior, so he took a class this fall and loved it. I loved watching him as he practiced and got better everytime. He works so hard at challenges.
For Thanksgiving we traveled to Utah for a week at Snowbird with cousins and fun. While the lack of snow kept us off our skis we did manage to find enough for a bit of snowshoeing and sledding. The rest of the time we filled in with pool time, games, and of course lots of yummy food. It was a great week.
Dave planned a surprise birthday party for me, complete with balloons dropped from an upper balcony, and lots of family to share it with. Turning 40 isn't so bad?!?
And when we retunred to CO, we found yet more warm temperatures. It was lovely to bike this late in the year, in short sleeves none the less.
Spencers class had a field trip planned to hike to Independance Monument, it was a little chllier that day, but not bad. I love this hike!
