Some of my favorite things were...
Snorkling with Amanda and Dave (Amanda's first time in the ocean, she loved it)
Watching Maren play in the sand for hours (she misses having a sandbox at home)
Watching Spencer finally get brave enough to go near the water
Looking for shells on turtle beach
Sunrise walks on the beach
Sunset walks on the beach
Feeling the sand between my toes (this beach has the best sand!)
Afternoon siesta's (I got one in every day!)
Game time after the kids are in bed

This last picture is of Amanda (front) and Maren (back) with their Aunt Amy on a kayak, going out to meet Dave in the sailboat to go for a sail. They had a blast. If you look closely, Amanda is demonstrating how she can stand up while kayaking.

Glad you guys had fun . . . and glad you guys are back. I had to tell my kids about ten times when exactly you were getting back, and even so, Aly thought she was going to see Amanda at church on Sunday. We are addicted to the "Gordos" as I fondly refer to you to my family.
We were excited to see your van in the driveway, Sunday afternoon. Welcome home! And wow, it sounds like we need to be taking a trip to Siesta Key. It's beautiful!
So much fun! I wish we were close to a beach. Now that fall is quickly passing and winter inches closer, all those with fun "warm" pictures on their blogs make me jealous!

How fun!! I really like Florida. And I really like vacation. The pictures of the sunset are gorgeous.
